Research Lines: Communities and Ecosystems

Research Interests: Responsible for the Laboratory of Biodiversity and Microbial Processes (LBPM), he develops research in the ecology of aquatic systems, with special emphasis on the biotic interactions, structure and function of planktonic communities in all trophic web compartments (viruses, bacteria, phytoplankton, zooplankton ) in all kinds of aquatic environments.
